This Level 1 Teacher Training is geared for those students seeking Anusara® Yoga Certification so even if this is not your goal, the quality is top notch. Martin Kirk is on the Teacher Training committee and both he and Jordan are on the certification video review committee so this program is on the cutting edge of John Friend’s latest teachings. They have over 400 graduates from previous Teacher Training programs and are recognized as leaders in the Anusara community. Known for their clear, concise and compassionate approach, your teaching ability will soar to a whole new level. Students have been known to receive so much from this rich journey that they will take it multiple times. In 30 hours, you will learn the key skills required to become an extraordinary Anusara Yoga teacher.
In this training, you will learn and practice:
- Verbal and physical adjustments
- Skillful use of heart themes and metaphors
- Clear and effective demonstrations of poses
- Excellent sequencing and how to build to an apex pose
- Ample teaching practice with partners, small and large groups

Participants must have completed 100 hours of Anusara studies, preferably through Immersions with a Certified Anusara Yoga Teacher
