In this 30 hour advanced teacher training, we will completely immerse ourselves in the art of teaching Anusara yoga in a manner that maximizes individualized attention for each participant.
In this training, you will learn and practice:
- Refinement and broadening of inspiring themes
- Seamlessly weaving these themes with postural instructions
- Articulating Tantric Philosophy, the life affirming philosophical foundation of Anusara yoga into your class
- Seeing, adjusting, and assisting your students
- Teaching with effective Anusara language and yoga demonstrations
- Orchestrating intelligent sequencing that supports the “apex” pose of a class
- Abundant opportunities to practice teaching while being observed and individually guided by Martin and Jordan to refine your skill in all areas
Prerequisites: Participants must have completed a Level 1 Teacher Training with a Certified Anusara yoga Teacher.
